This is a placeholder draft, not a finished privacy policy. Replace it before a public launch that collects data from people you do not know.
What is public
Your handle, display name, optional X handle, founding badge, follow counts, and pick history are public. Before kickoff, the details of a pick are hidden from everyone except the picker and their active subscribers. The lock time and receipt hash are not.
What stays private
Your email, password hash, and the list of people you referred are not shown on your public profile. Referral counts are visible to you on your dashboard.
If you follow a picker, we send email when they lock a pick, when that pick is revealed at kickoff, and when it settles. Locked emails do not include the play. Web push and SMS are reserved in the data model and are not sent. Subscriptions coming soon. Card numbers are not collected.
